This painting had a different process than most. We've been busy with life things lately and I didn't get as many full-day sessions as I usually do. So I'd come back to add in new strokes in the margins of every day life. It's been nice to have those little moments to look forward to. And, as I came back each new day, it felt like I was bringing a new method, or that I'd grown in some way from the day before.
