Metal leaf continues on the sides so paintings look beauitful hung with or without a frame.
 
Each painting was built layer upon layer. Canvas, then glue, then gold leaf, then sealant, then paint and finally a varnish. Layers were built up and scraped away only to re-emerge in a new color
or texture. It’s required patience and persistence and so much time. Late nights of hands covered in paint and months of gold leaf flecks covering the floor. I’ve loved watching these paintings grow into their full potential and I'm honored to share them with you now.
